Formats

You can send pictures (gifs) or videos (flv). Videos only accepted for buyers of more than 1 second. Images must be 640x480 and of a reasonable file size. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

Minimum and maximum

Minimum sell now is one frame and maximum all available frames left. These values could change in the future.

Payment

We accept Paypal or direct bank transfers (Europe only). Funds must be fully received and cleared before your content goes live on the video.

Video updates

We guarantee that the maximum delay for updating the video with your frames is one month. That’s to say, you could have to wait AT MOST one month between the time you buy the frames and the time they will be online. Please keep in mind this is our worst case scenario. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), our aim is to get your content online on the next video update: 2 to 3 days. In case we get overloaded with sales our staff may not cope with the amount of effort needed in a timely manner. The TV emission will be done with the final video only. This is another reason you should act soon.

Bandwidth

We reserve the right to change the way video is being shown: format, resolution, availability, in case we run into bandwidth problems and while we don’t find a new good priced server or a kind sponsor. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum. You will not be entitled to a refund due to any downtime.

Banned content

No porn, bad language, offensive content allowed. Erotic and provocative content is ok. Gambling is also not allowed, due to the recent rules in the USA. You can promote everything else. Oh, no smoking also. In case of doubts, prime time TV USA rules apply. We decide what is appropriate or not. If you submit content that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.

Authority

You must have the authority to provide the content for the website you submit.

Ownership

When you 'buy' frames from the video you will not 'own' any part of the video, but rather you are being granted the right to submit an image or video and link which will then be displayed on the video in the respective time you have paid for.

Changes

You cannot change the image, video or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the video, image and link you want on the video, which will be there until 1/1/2010. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your video/image/link is if your site no longer exists, a clear major structural change to your site or a lawsuit or court order.

Refund

Once your video, images and links are accepted and integrated on the video, you are not entitled to get a refund anymore. If for whatever reason in the future you want your content and links removed from the video, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the frames will become available for sell again.
